NATOMA — With weeks of practice behind them and their first test at hand, the second-ranked Central Plains volleyball team took the court ready to face Chase, Wilson, and Natoma at the Natoma quadrangular Sept. 3. Returning five starters from last season’s third-place State 2A volleyball team, nerves were not a factor for the Lady Oilers as they raced off to an early lead, holding each team to no more than 13 points per game.
