Green Garden Township land sale

NOTICE

NOTICE OF SALE. On the 3rd day of August, 2015 the Green Garden Township Board voted unanimously to donate to George Hiechel and Gayle Hiechel, husband and wife, the below described property:   
    Lots number One (1), Two (2), Three (3), and
    Four (4) in Block Thirty-six (36) and any
    vacated street adjoining said Lots, all in the
    City of Lorraine, Ellsworth County, Kansas

    All of Block Thirty-five (35) and any vacated
    street adjoining said Lots, all in the City of
    Lorraine, Ellsworth County, Kansas

Said donation shall take place on October 19, 2015 unless a petition is timely filed as described by K.S.A. 80-109. This notice shall be published once a week for three consecutive weeks. Green Garden Township Board.
NOTICE OF DONATION. On the 3rd day of August, 2015 the Green Garden Township Board voted unanimously to donate to the City of Lorraine the below described property:
    Lots number thirteen (13) and fourteen (14) in
    Block number Twenty-four (24) in the City of
    Lorraine; Ellsworth County Kansas; and

    Lots number thirteen (13) and fourteen (14) in
    Block number Twenty-four (24) in the City of
    Lorraine, Ellsworth County Kansas

Said donation shall take place on October 19, 2015 unless a petition is timely filed as described by K.S.A. 80-109. This notice shall be published once a week for three consecutive weeks.
