NOTICE OF SUIT

THE STATE OF KANSAS TO ALL OF THE ABOVE-NAMED DEFENDANTS, AND ALL OTHER PERSONS WHO ARE OR MAY BE CONCERNED:
You are hereby notified that a Petition has been filed in the Ellsworth County District Court by Plaintiff Sunflower Bank, N.A. praying for foreclosure of Plaintiff’s mortgage and praying that the above-named Defendants be barred from any interest in, claim to, title to, estate in, or lien upon the following described real property, to wit:
    The North Half (N/2) of Lot Nine (9) and the
    North Half (N/2) of Lot Ten (10), in Block Twenty
    (20), in the City of Wilson, Ellsworth County, Kansas,
and you are hereby required to plead to said Petition on or before October 15, 2015 in the  Ellsworth County District Court at Ellsworth, Kansas.  If you fail to plead, judgment and decree will be entered in due course upon the Petition.
