NOTICE OF HEARING
THE STATE OF KANSAS TO ALL PERSONS CONCERNED:
You are hereby notified that a Petition has been filed in this Court by Ronald H. Smith an heir of Fern M. Smith, deceased, requesting:
Descent be determined of the following described real estate situated in Ellsworth and Greenwood County, Kansas:
Commencing at a point 176 feet South
of the Southeast corner of Block Two (2)in
the Town of Carneiro, and 50 feet West of
the East line of the East Half of the
Northwest Quarter (E/2 NW/4) of Section
Nineteen (19), Township Fifteen (15) South,
Range Six (6) West of the 6th P.M.. running
thence West parallel with the South line of
said Block Two (2), 100 feet; thence South
parallel with said East line 37 ½ feet; thence East
100 feet; thence North 37 ½ feet to the place
of beginning, being 37 ½ feet by 100 feet in the
East Half of the Northwest Quarter (E/2 NW/4)
of Section Nineteen (19), Township Fifteen
(15) South, Range Six (6) West of the 6th P.M.,
Ellsworth County, Kansas; and
Lot Ten (10), Block Fifteen (15), Longwells
Subdivision, City of Eureka, Greenwood,
County, Kansas
and all personal property and other Kansas real estate owned by decedent at the time of death. And that such property and all personal property and other Kansas real estate owned by the decedent at the time of death be assigned pursuant to the laws of intestate succession.
You are required to file your written defenses to the Petition on or before October 20, 2015, at 10:00 o'clock in the City of Ellsworth County, Ellsworth County, Kansas, at which time and place the cause will be heard. Should you fail to file your written defenses, judgment and decree will be entered in due course upon the Petition.
