Two killed in Colorado airplane crash

     A 36-year-old Holyrood man, Jared Langston, and a 41-year-old Lyons man, Ben Bates, were killed Oct. 13 in an airplane crash in Weld County, Colo.
     According to press reports, Langston was piloting the Beechcraft model 35G at the time of the crash. He was a self-employed pilot and served in the U.S. Air Force.
     Bates was bishop of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints in Great Bend.
