NOTICE OF HEARING

THE STATE OF KANSAS TO ALL PERSONS CONCERNED:
You are hereby notified that on October 21, 2015, a Petition for Determination of Descent was filed in this court by Terri Cole an heir of Shelbon W. Cole, praying that a Determination of Descent Order be granted to Terri Cole determining the descent of the following real estate, to wit:

Lot Eleven (11), Lakeview Acres, situated in the West Half (W1/2) of Section
Twenty-one (21), Township Sixteen (16) South, Range Six (6) West of the 6th P.M., in Ellsworth County, Kansas
    
You are required to file your written defenses to the Petition on or before the 17th day of November, 2015, at 9:00 A.M., in the Ellsworth County District Court, Ellsworth County Courthouse, 210 N. Kansas, Ellsworth, KS 67439, at which time and place said cause will be heard.  Should you fail to file your written defenses, judgment and decree will be entered in due course upon the petition.
