Bearcats whip Sterling

STERLING — The Ellsworth Bearcat football team ended its season with a 5-4 record following the 41-38 win over the Black Bears Friday, in a 3A District 15 game in Sterling. Ellsworth rolled up 331 yards on the ground — with Luke Oberle accounting for a whopping 310 yards on 14 carries and four touchdowns. Kaden Davis returned from an injury and made 21 yards, David Koralek III gained a yard and Zac Schneider lost a yard.
