BEFORE THE STATE CORPORATION COMMISSION OF THE STATE OF KANSAS

NOTICE OF FILING APPLICATION

RE: Trek AEC, LLC — Application to amend the original permit for the injection of saltwater into the Brown #1 OWWO  Saltwater Injection well, located in the NE SE NW Section 1-T17S-R9W, Ellsworth County, Kansas.

TO: All Oil and Gas Producers, Unleased Mineral Interest Owners, Landowners, and all persons whosoever                             concerned:

You, and each of you, are hereby notified that Trek AEC, LLC  has filed a U-8 Application to amend the original U-1 Application for Injection Well, permit E-31874, granted on 6/9/14,  from the original approved  disposal of 1000 Barrels of water per day at 250 PSI into the Kansas City  formation from 3026  to 3061 at the Brown #1 Saltwater Injection well, located in the C NE SE NW of Section 1-T17S-R9W, Ellsworth County, Kansas, to 1000 Barrels of water per day at 1600 PSI into the Kansas City Formation.  

Any persons who object to or protest this application shall be required to file their objections or protest with the Conservation Division of the State Corporation Commission of the State of Kansas within fifteen (15) days from the date of this publication.  These protests shall be filed pursuant to Commission regulations and must state specific reasons why the grant of the application may cause waste, violate corrective rights or pollute the natural resources of the State of Kansas.

All persons interested or concerned shall take notice of the foregoing and shall govern themselves accordingly.
