NOTICE OF SALE

By virtue of an Order of Sale issued by the District Court of Ellsworth County, Kansas,  I will offer for sale at public auction on January 14, 2016, at 10:00 A.M., at the District Court of Ellsworth County, 210 N. Kansas Avenue, Ellsworth, Kansas, and sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in hand, the following real estate:
    All of Lots One (1) and Eight (8), in Block Six (6),
    in Butler's Addition to the City of Ellsworth,
    Ellsworth County, Kansas (property address:
    915 Stanberry Street, Ellsworth, Kansas).
Said real estate is taken as the property of Tylor L. Nelson and Aimee S. Nelson and shall be sold without redemption rights.
If the sale is set aside for any reason, the purchaser at the sale shall be entitled only to a return of the deposit paid, plus interest and expenses.  The purchaser shall have no further recourse against the mortgagor, the mortgagee, or the mortgagee's attorneys.
