PUBLIC NOTICE OF SHERIFF’S SALE

Notice is hereby given that under, and by virtue of, an Order of Sale issued to me by the District Court of Ellsworth County, Kansas in the above-entitled action, I will, on the 5th  day of February, 2016, at 10:00 o’clock a.m. on said date, on the courthouse steps of the Ellsworth County Courthouse, 210 North Kansas Avenue, Ellsworth, Kansas, offer at public sale, and sell to the highest bidder for cash in hand, all of the following described real estate, to wit:
    
    The North Half (N/2) of Lot Nine (9) and the
    North Half (N/2) of Lot Ten (10), in Block
    Twenty (20), in the City of Wilson, Ellsworth
    County, Kansas.

The above-described real estate is taken as the property of Defendant Jolene Nuss, Deceased, and is directed by said Order of Sale to be sold, and will be sold without appraisement, in the entirety, and not in parcels, to satisfy said Order of Sale; subject, however, to a three (3) month redemption period.
