Blum: Local newspapers are in good shape

Ohio newspaper consultant Ken Blum offered many encouraging words about small town, community newspapers as well as a few tips on photography Jan. 8 at the weekly luncheon of the Ellsworth-Kanopolis Chamber of Commerce. “Wherever we go, if you’re in the newspaper business, people are always asking how long will newspapers be around,” Blum said, noting there is an incorrect perception among the general public about newspapers.
