Lady ‘Cats beat Sacred Heart

The Lady Bearcats of Ellsworth put one in the win column Friday with a 38-25 Homecoming victory over arch-rival Sacred Heart in Ellsworth. The Lady ‘Cats grabbed a tight 7-6 lead in the first quarter by shooting 75 percent from the free throw line, making three of four charity shots. Ellsworth scored 10 points in the second quarter and held the Lady Knights to six points for a 17-12 halftime lead.
