Feeding an education takes a team
Serving upwards of 1,000 students daily would sound like a daunting task but when you have a good team, it’s just another day at Fresh Ideas Food Service Management on the McPherson College Campus. Lisa Quested, director of dining services at McPherson College, takes on this task every day. Lisa took over Dec. 24 as the director of dining. The director oversees scheduling, billing, event coordinating both on and off campus grounds, and is the link between the McPherson College and Fresh Ideas Food Service.
