OF ELLSWORTH COUNTY, KANSAS

IN THE MATTER OF A PROPOSED VACATION
OF A CERTAIN TOWNSHIP-MAINTAINED
ROAD IN BLACKWOLF TOWNSHIP

NOTICE OF HEARING ON REQUEST
TO VACATE ROAD IN BLACKWOLF TOWNSHIP,
ELLSWORTH COUNTY

TO ALL PERSONS CONCERNED:

You are hereby put on notice that the Board of County Commissioners of Ellsworth County, Kansas, will, on the 21st  day of March, 2016, decide upon the request of the Blackwolf Township Board that a portion of the following described road located in Blackwolf Township, Kansas, be vacated pursuant to K.S.A. 68-102a, et. seq.
The road is described as follows:
    A road running north to south in Section 36
    of Township 15 South and Range 9 West,
    commencing at a point on Avenue L one-half
    mile from the Blackwolf Township – Ellsworth
    Township line and running south, bisecting
    the aforesaid Section 36 and ending at Avenue M.   

    The portion of this road that is to be vacated
    begins 750 feet south of the Avenue L starting
    point and continues south to Avenue M.

You are further notified that the time of this Hearing on March 21, 2016, will be at 9:15 A.M. and the place of the hearing is the Commissioners Room in the Ellsworth County Courthouse, 210 N. Kansas, Ellsworth, Kansas.
