Tour of sewer ponds points to need for new storage shed for equipment

The tour by Ellsworth City Council members of the city water system continued Wednesday March 9, with a theme that could have been “Make the best of what you’ve got.” Council members Holly Fries and Wayne Scritchfield, city administrator Scott Moore, and mayor John Whitmer devoted an hour to touring and learning about the workings of the sewer ponds on the east side the city.
