How bad do things have to be to get librarians to march on Topeka 
 
You know it’s going to be a bad day when you’re met at work by dozens of librarians angry about something you’ve done. That’s exactly what happened this past week to members of the Kansas House of Representatives. The librarians joined with officials from small governing bodies to express their displeasure for proposed legislation that would require city, county and voter approval for changes in property tax levies or for the issuance of bonds.
