Commissioners stall ecodevo plan

Monday morning’s public hearing on an economic development plan to attract new business to Ellsworth ended in silence as a motion to approve the amendment died for lack of a second. Ellsworth County commission chairman Kermit Rush offered a motion following about an hour of discussion and debate to add “Plan E” to the City of Ellsworth’s Neighborhood Revitalization Plan.
