Early morning fire in Holyrood

HOLYROOD — A flue on a wood-burning stove was the source of an early Thursday morning fire at 104. West Olds in Holyrood.

Members of the Holyrood Fire Department responded at 11:57 p.m. Wednesday and extinguished the fire by 1:30 a.m. Thursday.

Holyrood fire chief Mark Breford estimated damage to the structure at about $10,000. No injuries were reported.
