NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
CITY OF ELLSWORTH BOARD OF ZONING APPEALS

Dear Property Owner:
The City of Ellsworth Board of Zoning Appeals will conduct a Public Hearing on Wednesday June 15, 2016 at 6:00 p.m. in the City Hall Council Chambers located at 121 W. 1st Street, Ellsworth, Kansas to consider granting a Rezoning Change Request from Residential – 1 (R-1) District to Industrial -1 (I-1) District; for the purpose of expanding the Industrial  Zoning to include property currently zoned Residential.
A site location map and proposed lot layout is included with this notice.
Applicant: Ryan Webber dba Jaywalk Enterprises, LLC
The property Rezoning Request being considered is described as follows:

Legal Description: 1403 Fairbanks
1. Minnick’s 2nd Addition, Beginning SW Corner of Block
2, Thence North 120’, East 138.5’, South 120’, then
West 138.5’ to the Point of Beginning (POB), City
of Ellsworth, KS

As a property owner within 200' of the above referenced property, you are being notified of the public hearing and invited to attend to express your opinion.
