Bearcats ready to compete

The Ellsworth Bearcat football team is pumped up and ready to compete in the 2016 season. The ‘Cats have 37 out for the squad and will return a lot of talent — especially in the “skill” positions. “It’s going to be an exciting year; we have a lot of returners,” said head coach Brent Schneider, in his fourth year at the helm of the Ellsworth club. “The senior class was freshmen when I started and have really bought into the weight room and system. They have been developing nicely and so we will see what they put together this year.”
