BEYOND PARTIES

Soon after Kansas voters elected Sam Brownback to his first term as governor, he launched an “experiment” in conservative fiscal policy that has all but wrecked the state budget. This November, voters should return the favor and experiment with a new system for Kansas, one that places common sense and the good of the state above party loyalty.
