NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
CITY OF ELLSWORTH BOARD OF ZONING APPEALS

Dear Property Owner:

The City of Ellsworth Board of Zoning Appeals will conduct a Public Hearing on Thursday October 6, 2016 at 7:30 p.m. in the City Hall Council Chambers located at 121 W. 1st Street, Ellsworth, Kansas to consider granting a Rezoning Change Request the purpose of rezoning an existing property within the Commercial District (C-1) to Residential District (R-1) Zoning.
A site location map and proposed lot layout is included with this notice.
