NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
CITY OF ELLSWORTH BOARD OF ZONING APPEALS

Dear Property Owner:

The City of Ellsworth Board of Zoning Appeals will conduct a Public Hearing on Thursday October 6, 2016 at 6:00 p.m. in the City Hall Council Chambers located at 121 W. 1st Street, Ellsworth, Kansas to consider granting a Special/Conditional Use Permit the purpose of allowing an existing property within the Residential District (R-1) to be utilized for professional office.
A site location map and proposed lot layout is included with this notice.

The property Special/Conditional Use Permit/Rezoning Request being considered is described as follows:
Legal Description: 613 N. Douglas
1. A fraction of Block Twenty-Three (23), City of Ellsworth, described as follows: Commencing at a point 32 feet South of the Northeast corner of the Southeast Quarter (SE/4) of Section Twenty (20), Township Fifteen (15) South, Range Eight (8) West; thence South of the section line a distance of 56 feet; thence in a westerly direction on a line to a point on the East line of Lincoln Avenue, which is 55 feet Northerly from the Northwest corner direction along the East line of Lincoln Avenue 90.5 feet to a point of beginning, expressly excepting from this conveyance of triangular tract in 6th Street for street purposes
