You are notified that a Petition to Quiet Title has been filed in the District Court of Ellsworth County, Kansas by George Hiechel and Julie Hiechel praying for an Order to Quiet Title the Plaintiff George Hiechel and Julie Hiechel in and to the following real estate:
    The North 80 feet of Lots Three (3), Four (4), Five
    (5), Six (6), Seven (7), Eight (8) in Block
    Twenty-five (25), City of Lorraine, Ellsworth
    County, Kansas.
    And
    Lots Nine (9), Ten (10), Eleven (11) and Twelve
    (12) in Block Twenty-five (25), City of Lorraine in
    Ellsworth County, Kansas.
and you are hereby required to plead to the petition on or before December 8, 2016 @ 9:00 a.m., in the District Court at Ellsworth, Kansas. If you fail to plead, judgment will be entered upon the petition.
