The State of Kansas to the Defendants above named and designated and all other concerned persons:
You are hereby notified that a Petition has been filed in District Court of Ellsworth County, Kansas by Charles D. Brucker and Peggy A. Brucker praying for Quiet Title to the following described Personal Property located in Ellsworth County, Kansas (hereafter the Property) to-wit:
    One double wide 28 feet by 57 feet, known
    to be a 1995 Four Seasons manufactured
    home, manufactured by Four Seasons
    Housing, Inc. with a serial number of
    TRA242798, model number of TRA242799
    and unit number of FS200289. The manufactured
    home is physically located at 3004 Avenue G
    in the City of Wilson, Ellsworth County, Kansas.
and you are hereby required to plead to the said Petition on or before December 27, 2016, in the court at Ellsworth, Kansas. If you fail to plead, judgment will be entered upon the Petition.
