NOTICE OF APPOINTMENT OF CO-ADMINISTRATORS UNDER KANSAS SIMPLIFIED ESTATES ACT
AND NOTICE TO CREDITORS

THE STATE OF KANSAS TO ALL PERSONS CONCERNED:
Notice is hereby given to the creditors and heirs of Douglas A. Loder, deceased, and all others concerned, that on the 14 day of November, 2016, a Petition for Appointment of Co-Administrators under the Kansas Simplified Estates Act was filed herein by Laura Leslie Loder, and that on said day the undersigned were by the District Court of Ellsworth County, Kansas, duly appointed and qualified as Co-Administrators of the Estate of Douglas A. Loder, deceased, under the Kansas Simplified Estates Act..
All parties interested in said Estate will take notice and govern themselves accordingly. All creditors are notified to exhibit their demands against said Estate within four months from the date of first publication of this notice, as provided by law, and if their demands are not thus exhibited, they shall be forever barred.
