NOTICE OF HEARING

THE STATE OF KANSAS TO ALL PERSONS CONCERNED:
You are hereby notified that on November 8, 2016, a Petition was filed in this Court by Lawrence Choitz and Bobby Choitz, duly appointed, qualified and acting Co-Administrators of the Estate of Larry Choitz a.k.a Larry L. Choitz, deceased, requesting Petitioners’ acts be approved; account be settled and allowed; the heirs be determined; Family Settlement Agreement be approved; the Estate be assigned to the persons entitled thereto pursuant to the laws of intestate succession in the State of Kansas; filed disclosures and the Family Settlement Agreement, fees and expenses be allowed; costs be determined and ordered paid; the administration of the Estate be closed; the Administrators be discharged and Petitioners be released from further liability.
You are hereby required to file your written defenses to the Petition on or before December 9, 2016, at 8:30 o’clock A.M. in the District Court, Ellsworth, in Ellsworth County, Kansas, at which time and place the cause will be heard.  Should you fail to file your written defenses, judgment and decree will be entered in due course upon the Petition.
