Senior centers eye cutback in days

Senior centers in Ellsworth, Wilson and Holyrood could be forced to cut the days they’re open from five to four if the North Central-Flint Hills Area Agency on Aging doesn’t find about $14,000 a year to pay for mandated health insurance for two cooks who already are covered under other policies. A cutback also would affect home-delivered Meals on Wheels, which also is part of the Friendship Meals Program.
