More winds of change for county?

A resolution? A notice of hearing? Labels didn’t matter Monday morning to Ellsworth County commissioners. “They needed to come and talk to us in the beginning,” commission chairman Kermit Rush said. “The intention of this board is to negotiate in good faith with these people,” added commissioner Terry Kueser.
