For years, the idea for the National Drovers Hall of Fame was just that — a notion only existing in Jim Gray’s mind. But when an effort to save Ellsworth’s most widely recognized building emerged several years ago, Gray found an opportunity to propose his vision to locals who were intent on preserving their community’s history.
