The State of Kansas to the above named Defendants and all other designated and all other concerned persons:
You are notified that a Petition to Quiet Title has been filed in the District Court of Ellsworth County, Kansas by Olen F. Svoboda, Jr., Florence M. Svoboda, and Barbara L. Kice praying for an Order to Quiet Title to the following real estate:

    Northeast Quarter (NE/4) and the East Half
    of the Northwest Quarter (E/2 NW/4) all in
    Section Seventeen (17), Township Sixteen
    (16) South, Range Ten (10) West, Ellsworth
    County, Kansas

and you are hereby required to plead to the petition on or before February 21, 2017, in the District Court at Ellsworth, Kansas. If you fail to plead, judgment will be entered upon the petition.
