Dragons destroy Thunder Ridge

LINCOLN — The ninth-ranked 1A Division II Wilson Dragons whipped Thunder Ridge Friday, 56-34, in the first round of the Northern Plains League tournament in Lincoln. Wilson senior Trey Fink drained a 3-ball in the first seconds of the game, foreshadowing things to come, as the winless Longhorns were simply no match for the surging Dragons, who rolled to an 18-6 first quarter tally.
