NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
CITY OF ELLSWORTH BOARD OF ZONING APPEALS

Dear Property Owner:
The City of Ellsworth Board of Zoning Appeals will conduct a Public Hearing on Wednesday May 3, 2017 at 6:00 p.m. in the City Hall Council Chambers located at 121 W. 1st Street, Ellsworth, Kansas to consider granting a Special/Conditional Use Permit/Rezoning Request the purpose of allowing an existing property within the Residential District (R-1) to be utilized for a home occupation business.
A site location map and proposed lot layout is included with this notice.
