NOTICE OF SALE

By virtue of an Order of Sale issued by the District Court of Ellsworth County, Kansas,  I will offer for sale at public auction on July 18, 2017, at 10:00 A.M., at the District Court of Ellsworth County, 210 N. Kansas Avenue, Ellsworth, Kansas 67439, and sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in hand, the following real estate:
    Lots Sixteen (16) to Twenty (20), both inclusive,
    in Block One Hundred Twelve (112), in the City
    of Kanopolis, Ellsworth County, Kansas
    (property address: 504 S. Missouri Street,
    Kanopolis, Kansas).

Said real estate is taken as the property of Bryan Lee Roush and shall be sold subject to a three (3) month redemption period in favor of Bryan Lee Roush.
If the sale is set aside for any reason, the purchaser at the sale shall be entitled only to a return of the deposit paid, plus interest and expenses.  The purchaser shall have no further recourse against the mortgagor, the mortgagee, or the mortgagee's attorneys.
