NOTICE OF HEARING

THE STATE OF KANSAS TO ALL PERSONS CONCERNED:
You are hereby notified that a Petition has been filed in this Court by Barbara Sue Kramer, an heir and beneficiary of Mona Faye Gustafson Kramer, deceased, praying that:  the foreign will of Mona Faye Gustafson Kramer, deceased, dated October 20, 2006, be admitted to probate and record in this Court; no administration of the Estate is necessary; the will be construed, and the following Kansas real estate owned by the decedent, situated in Ellsworth County, Kansas:
    The Northwest Quarter (NW/4) of Section
    Twenty-two (22), Township Seventeen (17),
    Range Six (6), less a tract of land for highway
    right of way in the NW/4 of Sec. 22-17S-6W
    described as follows: Beginning at the
    Northwest corner of said Quarter section;
    thence South along the West line thereof
    319.00 feet, thence Easterly to a point on the
    East line 257.8 feet south of the Northeast
    corner of said Quarter Section; thence West
    along said North line to the place of beginning.
    The above right of way contains 17.55 acres,
    more or less, Ellsworth County, Kansas.
be assigned in accordance with the terms of the Will.

You are required to file your written defenses thereto on or before October 19, 2017, at 1:00 o'clock a.m. in the District Court, in the city of Ellsworth, Ellsworth County, Kansas, at which time and place the cause will be heard.  Should you fail therein, judgment and decree will be entered in due course upon the Petition.
