THE STATE OF KANSAS TO ALL OF THE ABOVE-NAMED DEFENDANTS, AND ALL OTHER PERSONS WHO ARE OR MAY BE CONCERNED:
You are hereby notified that a Petition to Quiet Title has been filed in the Ellsworth County District Court by Plaintiff praying for a decree quieting title and other relief concerning the following described personal property, to wit:   1996 Skyline 16’ x 76’ Manufactured Home, VIN#5H510359I.
You are hereby required to plead to said Petition to Quiet Title on or before December 28, 2017 in the Ellsworth County District Court at Ellsworth, Kansas.  If you fail to plead, judgment and decree will be entered in due course upon the Petition to Quiet Title.
