NOTICE OF HEARING

THE STATE OF KANSAS TO ALL PERSONS CONCERNED:
You are hereby notified that a Petition has filed in this Court by Verona E. Bradford, spouse and one of the heirs of Henry D. Bradford a.k.a. Henry David Bradford, Deceased, requesting that descent be determined to the following described real estate:
    Northwest Quarter (NW/4) of Section
    Twelve (12), Township
    Fourteen (14) South, Range Six (6) West,
    Ellsworth County, Kansas.
and all other personal property and all other Kansas real estate owned by the decedent at the time of death.  
You are required to file your written defenses to the petition on or before December 22, 2017, at 10:00 A.M. in Ellsworth County District Court, 210 N. Kansas, City of Ellsworth, Ellsworth County, Kansas 67439, at which time and place the cause will be heard. Should you fail to file your written defenses, judgment and decree will be entered in due course upon the petition.
