Attorneys celebrate 40+40

One could argue that two Ellsworth attorneys are marking 40 years of practice, but it’s hard to make the charges stick.

John Sherman, partner at Sherman, Hoffman & Hipp, LC has been at the firm for 40 years, but has been licensed for 41 years. Roger Peterson, partner at Peterson & Kasper, LLC has also practiced for 41 years but states that he doesn’t keep track of the passage of time—and he certainly isn’t celebrating a professional milestone.
