Robbery investigation continues

Footage is being reviewed and the KBI is helping. Ellsworth Police Chief Emil Halfhill updated City Council Dec. 26 on his progress with the Seitz Drug robbery investigation.

Chief Halfhill said about 200 hours of footage is being reviewed, with gathering assistance provided by the Kansas Bureau of Investigation. “There are feelers all across the state,” he said. “At this point, we’re just taking the leads where they take us.”
