Wind farm project moves forward

Chances are 50-50 construction could begin in the next two years on a large wind farm in the Lorraine- Holyrood area of Ellsworth County.

“When we go in and start a project, we go in believing it will get done,” said Krista Mann of the Chicago-based Invenergy.

“But I don’t want anyone to think this is more certain than it is.”
