You are hereby notified that a Petition has been filed in the District Court of Ellsworth County, Kansas by First Bank Kansas praying for foreclosure of a Mortgage on real property, the legal description of which is set forth in the Petition, and you are hereby required to plead to the Petition on or before April 18, 2018, in the District Court of Ellsworth County, Kansas.  If you fail to plead, judgment and decree will be entered in due course upon the Petition.
