Memorial bricks have been placed

The 50 special memorial bricks, joining the 100 or so that were already in place, have been added to Marquette’s Veteran’s Memorial.

The original bricks, honoring men and women of Marquette who served their country in the military, were placed over 30 years ago as part of a project organized by late Marquette furniture store owner LaRue Olson.
