    NOTICE OF SALE

By virtue of an Order of Sale issued by the District Court of Ellsworth County, Kansas,  I will offer for sale at public auction on June 29, 2018, at 10:00 A.M., at the District Court of Ellsworth County, 210 N. Kansas Avenue, Ellsworth, Kansas 67439, and sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in hand, the following real estate:
    Lots Twenty-seven (27), Twenty-eight (28),
    Twenty-nine (29), and Thirty (30), in Block
    Seventy (70), in the City of Kanopolis,
    Ellsworth County, Kansas (property address:
    211 E. Ohio, Kanopolis, Kansas).

Said real estate is taken as the property of Patricia D. Salazar-Christidis and Peter J. Christidis II and shall be sold without redemption rights.
If the sale is set aside for any reason, the purchaser at the sale shall be entitled only to a return of the deposit paid, plus interest and expenses.  The purchaser shall have no further recourse against the mortgagor, the mortgagee, or the mortgagee's attorneys.
