Certificate of Opinion and Order for Road lay-out in Trivoli Township

BEFORE THE COUNTY COMMISSIONERS
OF ELLSWORTH COUNTY, KANSAS

CERTIFICATE OF OPINION AND ORDER FOR ROAD
TO BE LAID OUT

NOW UPON THIS  4th  day of March, 2019, the Board of County Commissioners of Ellsworth County, Kansas, is met in regular session with a quorum present for the purpose of acting as road viewer with respect to the request of the Trivoli Township Board for a certain road to be laid out, pursuant to K.S.A. 68-102a, et. seq.
THEREUPON the Board finds that the road at issue is described as follows:
    A road running east one mile between Sections
    28 and 33 (sixty (60) foot right of way) and
    continuing south one mile between Sections
    33 and 34 forty (40) foot right of way.
THEREUPON the County Commissioners find that notice has been served by the County Clerk upon all those persons who own land, or lease land adjoining the road in question, and, also, that notice of this hearing has been published in the official county newspaper as required by K.S.A. 68-102a.
THEREUPON the Board notes that James & Joyce Shriner, Bernard Musselwhite and Stephen Donley have appeared before the Board to comment on the proposed road being laid out.
THEREUPON THE BOARD FINDS THAT IT IS IN THE PUBLIC INTEREST THAT THE ABOVE-DESCRIBED ROAD BE LAID OUT IN TRIVOLI TOWNSHIP.
THEREUPON THE BOARD, HAVING FULFILLED IT'S DUTIES AS ROAD VIEWERS, HEREIN CONSIDERS, ORDERS, RESOLVES AND DECREES THAT THE FINDINGS ABOVE MADE BE AND THEY ARE HEREBY MADE AN ORDER, JUDGMENT, DECREE, AND/OR RESOLUTION OF THIS BOARD.
BE IT SO ORDERED AND RESOLVED.
