The Kickapoo Prophet
In our modern American society we tend to think of prophets as righteous messengers set in the Middle East bringing the word of God to a wayward people. Prophets, however, are not limited to the Judeo-Christian culture. Prophets can be found around the globe, often arising in times of stress such as warfare, plagues, or disruptive societal changes.
