Volunteers strive to help all Ellsworth athletes succeed

With the continued threat of fewer state dollars facing Kansas school districts, a small group of Ellsworth residents met in August to do something to help the coaches of all 7-12 grade athletic teams at Ellsworth-Junior-Senior High School get the equipment they need to succeed — but can’t afford.
