Wilson effort continues to grow after six years of service

Six years ago, volunteers opened the United Methodist Church education annex at Wilson to community youngsters for free lunches during summer vacation from school. The program has been so successful, the lunches have grown to include additional fruits and vegetables the youngsters can take home, school supplies and other benefits organizers have managed to secure through grants and donations.
