Czech out a Perfect Day

WILSON — Residents of the Czech Capital of Kansas proved they are “Home Grown” July 28 through Saturday, with a combination of new and traditional Czech events designed to please both young and old alike at Wilson’s 56th annual After Harvest Czech Festival. This year’s festival once again ran for three days. But unlike previous years, visitors didn’t have to deal with triple-digit temperatures and soaring humidity. Czech Fest officials were pleased with the results.
