Local civic club wades in on spray pad project

After local Kiwanis Club member Terry Kepka took his grandchildren to the Spray Park in Wilson, he thought the attraction would be a great project for the Ellsworth civic club. He mentioned his idea to fellow member Ron Svaty, who took it to the board. Board members enthusiastically approved the spray pad as a project.
