The clock is ticking on the construction of two highway entrances economic development representatives say could pave the way for Ellsworth’s next growth phase. City officials and others met Sept. 1 to discuss planned entrances off Kansas Highways 140 on Golden Drive and K-14 on O’Donnell into the First Bank Kansas development area north of K-140.
